DIEM introduce the DIEM ASSEMBLY at SOBs earlier This Month

DIEM, Acronym for DOES IT EVEN MATTER pushes their lifestyle clothing brand with their musical experience known as the DIEM ASSEMBLY. Show-casing music from Hip-hop’s hottest emerging acts, the lifestyle brand hosted the Showcase in lower Manhattan at SOBs.

On Monday January 19, DIEM brand presented the DIEM ASSEMBLY with Jaetips, Friday Octoba, Manolo Rose along with Awful Records Rich Po Slim, Archibald Slim and Father. The DIEM ASSEMBLY set the tempo for the first DIEM jam session of the year, with these rising underground acts with their electrifying performances.

Kicking off the night was Bronx lyricist, Jaetips along with Friday Octoba also from the bronx, who work the stage, loosen up the crowd for a crazy night with wild and interactive performances from some of hip-hop hottest emerging artists.

Manolo Rose closed out the first half of the night for the action pack event.He rocked the stage with his fame school counter parts, performing hits like "Dope Man", f***12 featuring Bronx native Tray Pizzy closing out his set with his latest smash “Run Ricky Run”. The high energy of the performance was so LIVE, he
dived into the crowd before leaving the stage.




Off the extended list of performers; DIEM closed out the night with the eccentric line up from Atlanta’s Awful Records; Rich Po Slim and Archibald Slim and FATHER who headlined the first jam session for the DIEM ASSEMBLY performing hits like single “BOY,” from the EP Pretty Boy Satan.


The DIEM ASSEMBLY was hosted by GITOO, with DJ sets by Grammy Nominee “Sonny Digital” and OG CHASE B”.
