I was invited to the Renaissance Fine Art Showcase on Wednesday August 23, 2010 in Harlem. The showcase featured young upcoming Artist and Designers from New York City. The showcase displays art work on canvases to digital graphics and fashion samples the designers. While at the showcase I was following a couple of artists whose work interests me. The two artists that stood out to me were Jay West and Whitney House. Their work promotes thinking out outside the box, while expressing their visions artistically with art from a stand point theory. The passion for the work they have done is vivid and has a strong look you could see in the actual end results.
